The Research Program is the internal companion to the Paradise Engineering Manifesto. Where the manifesto makes the philosophical and clinical case for Valence Engineering, the Research Program specifies the work itself — the targets, the modality, the experimental architecture, the funding pathway, and the claims that the program is willing to be held to.
It is given to specific people on request rather than published openly. Funders, scientific collaborators, regulators, journalists, and serious interlocutors are welcome to ask for it.
